Putting strategic thinking first through tongue-in-cheek design for an LA-based creative strategist working with some of the world’s most iconic brands.
We ceated an immersive portfolio site for LA-based creative strategist, Noah Rabinowitz.
Having worked with global brands including Spotify, Lululemon, Lego, Strava, Sonos and more, the challenge was to highlight the strategic thinking behind Noah’s work, not just the creative output.
We came up with the concept of turning ‘thinking outside of the box’ on its head. The site experience begins in the ether; the space between ideas. From here, three-dimensional cubes offer a first glimpse of an idea upon hover. Diving into a project ‘box’ opens the underlying project strategy - the very heart of the idea. Further, opening up the box reveals the case study, transporting the user deeper into the fully realised project.
The UI is kept to simple key-lines, a sort of schematic wireframe. Light and Dark modes allow projects to be shown in their best light, whilst hidden Easter eggs keep the tone light and on brand.
Overall, the new site balances Noah’s playful, exuberant personality with the thoughtfulness that goes into his work.
